An experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering strategic global plans, commercial propositions and compelling engagement at both regional and head office level, and across all grades up to and including C-suite. Highly motivated and results orientated with extensive marketing, sales and business development experience, coupled with a can do attitude and pragmatic approach to problem solving. A strong team player with excellent leadership skills, able to develop, motivate and manage multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams. Experience applied working with B2B, government, corporate and commercial organisations both domestically and internationally. Applies expertise in program and budget management, country-specific and global marketing strategies, campaign and content development plus delivery, press relations, internal, brand and corporate communications.
Responsible for developing Bentley’s global go to market strategy and promoting its capability in the road, rail and transit industries. Managing a marketing budget that covers the full mix including 3rd party events, seminars, online and print advertising, social and multi-media, and executive events. Partnering with Bentley’s Advancement Units to position the company as thought leader, and helping grow revenue in line with defined targets.
